How many diet programs have you tried in the past to lose weight? Diets can be expensive....some of which can cost as much as $400 per month. The X2O Diet with AM Extra and Natures Cleanse is just $25 a week! Some diet pills are $49 a bottle, give you no minerals, do not offer you the world's most perfect water, and do not cleanse the colon. Most diets fail because 10 lbs of waste never leaves your body!

Weight loss can be a very successful endeavor for you if you include what your body is really wanting. Often times when you think you are hungry, you're body is simply crying out for water.

The cheapest appetite suppressant in the world is W-A-T-E-R. Your body is thirsty most all the time.

I drink the recommended amount of water most of the time.....but some days I do not drink enough. Coffee, tea, juices, and even sodas do not fully count as water intake. Is water boring for you? Then simply order X2O BLAST and liven up your water.

Beverages containing caffeine dehydrate you. I love tea with “stevia” (an all natural herbal sweetener), you can purchase at a health food store, to sweeten food or beverages. I thought no sugar no calories, but caffeine acts as a diuretic in your body, thus causing you to lose water.

Soda is also a negative beverage to be consuming too much of. By eliminating the caffeine, excess sugar, aspartame, you will be well on your way to a more hydrated body.

Alcohol is also a diuretic; most of us have had experienced a dry mouths the next morning after a long night out!

An occasional serving of soda, beer, glass of iced tea, juice is fine-- everything in moderation. Just make sure ¾ of fluid you drink in a day is good clean X2O water.
