Xooma's new comp plan is derived out of creating a structure that works for more people, and has built in motivation for prospects who would like to take advantage of timing, and not lose out on those coming in after them. This is called a dual-plan which has also been known as a binary.

In the past there have been binaries that had pitfalls built into them, while others were the best comp plans that could be found. Xooma designed one without the old pitfalls, and all the benefits a plan like this could afford.

This plan has more win-win qualities for distributors and those of us that have looked into it are very pleased about what we see this doing fo:
