XOOMA TESTIMONIAL
XOOMA TESTIMONIAL SHARON STEWART
My Experiences with Xooma X20 2nd July 2009
I am a martial artist, a business owner, a TAFE lecturer, an artist, a sole parent and a Carer. My life like many people is very busy and extremely stressful.
I have 3 black belts in 3 different martial arts and have been training for over 20 years.
[Wing Chun Kung Fu, Doce Pares Eskrima, Aikido, and Qi Gong]
It may be obvious to some that I am on a search for energy (Qi or Chi).
There have been many days where I have wondered how I would manage. My mental health has been less than desirable. I have been lacking in motivation and enthusiasm for a long time and live with a great deal of anxiety (maybe even depression).
So I make positive choices to manage my life by doing Aikido, Qi Gong/Tai Chi, Reiki and other Healing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), affirmations, Art classes, meditation and; I have support from a psychologist. Even with all that I still seemed to have struggled with low self esteem and I do not understand why!
When I was introduced to Xooma I thought, “Well, it will be fantastic if it helps my training!” I had no idea that it would impact on my life in such a dramatic, positive way. (By the way, I always drank water before Xooma.)
I have listed some of the changes (after 1 month);
BEFORE XOOMA X20 29th May 2009
AFTER XOOMA X20 29th May 2009 |
Always woke up feeling like I hadn’t slept |
Wake up feeling like I have had a good night’s sleep.
Unmotivated, “drag” self through day |
Feel motivated
Not much energy, except when teaching
Massive increase in energy at most times |
Low confidence & low self esteem despite all efforts at improving those
Increased confidence, increased self esteem |
My mood was low, flat, disinterested in things.
My mood has improved, I have more interest |
I felt short tempered & irritable at home for most of the time - so all my energy went towards managing that which meant I had none left for other daily tasks
My temperament has improved. I am able to cope better. I have increased tolerance. I am able to be more assertive with what I want. I am better able to manage “challenging” behaviours. My parenting has improved. I have more patience.
High stress levels and inability to cope with them (specifically Aspergers behaviours)
Increased ability and capacity to cope with stressful situations much more of the time |
Sense of nothingness, going nowhere, even though intellectually I know that’s not the case
I am more positive, and definitely feel a sense of hope with life. Anything is now possible for me. I feel alive and inspired!
Felt “raw” in my brain (or in my head)
I didn’t realize I felt “raw” in my brain until I didn’t feel it anymore. Now I feel nourished and rich. I feel like my mind is working more effectively. I can think more clearly –I have more clarity.
I have noticed I am more intuitive.
My skin was normal I thought, for 50, just a bit dry & “lack-lustre”
My skin changed, less dry & had a glow to it! (face & hands) |
Aikido training; Soreness, stiffness of muscles after training, especially after classes where the warm up was minimal. I could guarantee I would always feel like this.
Aikido training; I don’t feel any where near the soreness, stiffness after training! My receptivity has increased & I’m able to “see” the connections more clearly. |
