If you weren't on Team X2O's team call last night, you've GOT to read this! If you were, you're probably looking forward to the comp plan video inserted below.
(Official announcement from Xooma will be coming out within days, but in the mean time, here's a foretaste and explanation of what had our Team X2O call Thursday night pretty excited)!
Xooma's new comp plan is derived out of creating a structure that works for more people, and has built in motivation for prospects who would like to take advantage of timing, and not lose out on those coming in after them. This is called a dual-plan which has also been known as a binary.
In the past there have been binaries that had pitfalls built into them, while others were the best comp plans that could be found. Xooma designed one without the old pitfalls, and all the benefits a plan like this could afford.
This plan has more win-win qualities for distributors and those of us that have looked into it are very pleased about what we see this doing fo:
1) increased retention,
2) causing greater urgency on the part of your prospect,
3) better compensation
4) a more tightly-knit teamwork component as people work in the same direction.
It's also very compelling for a new person to see volume growing under them more rapidly as they get more unified help both from people above and below them.
Xooma- to be known as XoomaXcel as of March 1st, has consulted with some key distributors and top consultants to come up with a pay structure that has the best features of this kind of plan without flushing (losing people on either of your legs) or making it difficult to be paid by having to match your smaller leg with the larger.
