<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">So I make positive choices to manage my life by doing Aikido, Qi Gong/Tai Chi, Reiki and other Healing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), affirmations, Art classes, meditation and; I have support from a psychologist. Even with all that I still seemed to have struggled with low self esteem and I do not understand why!</span></p>
